Overview
Featuring a younger Eugenides at ten-years-old, Gen wants to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, the King's Thief, to the chagrin of the rest of his family who hopes he will become a soldier instead. Adamantly refusing to change his mind, Gen finds that practicing his skills winds up causing more trouble than he expected.
